Following the recent “Transition Audit” of our Quality System by BSI, we are pleased to confirm our certification to the newly updated ISO9001:2015 quality standard. After 25 years of running the company to the old BS5750 much work was required to embrace the new concepts and terminology contained in the updated standard.
Our efforts are always focused on delivering the best delivery service possible – illustrated by our “failure” rate in 2016 of less than 1% – 40,000 jobs completed – 153 complaints received. Our new Certificate and Quality Policy can be viewed by clicking the BSI logo on the home page.
